Interesting route-setting for easy routes as well as sophisticated sequences on the hard and moderate top-rope and lead routes. Unlike some Gravity Vault gyms which are franchises, Chatham is directly owned and managed by the Gravity Vault corporation.
Note that the intermediate protection bolts with quickdraws are not as closely spaced as at some other gyms — more like outdoor sport climbing. For closer spacing of protection (and taller routes), try the Lead routes at Hoboken Gravity Vault (a newer GV corporate directly owned and managed gym).
