RISE Fitness + Adventure
In this post, I will give you all the information about the climbing gym RISE Fitness + Adventure in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
This only climbing gym I know of on the eastern shore. However, this is not a true rock climbing gym but rather a normal gym with a rock climbing area in it. As a result, the staff here is not too knowledgeable about the wall or climbing in general. There are no ropes here only 12 auto belays with an assortment of routes ranging from about 5.easy-5.12. This gym also has a nice bouldering wall filled with nice lines on relatively new holds. Note that routes do not get reset very often.
