Voluntary Options & Club Contacts
There are a range of options for anyone keen to volunteer within sports. These include some of the following:
- Coaching
- Treasurer / Financial planning
- Websites / Publicity
- Ground staff / Setting up pitches
- Catering
- Committee Members
- Fundraising/ Applying for funding
- Officials/Referees/Umpires
- Drivers
- Cutting the grass
- Washing the kit
There are a range of options for anyone who would like to help out in any way.
There are routes to locate clubs requiring volunteers such as through the Volunteer Centres, Local Authority teams or the www.doit.org.uk
You could also contact clubs directly. They would welcome anyone offering help.

The Humber Sports Partnership help to develop a range of local sports. There are individual subsections for sports within our sports section and these include club contacts and details of local representatives for the national govering bodioes of sport. They will also be able to assist if you would like to become involved within one of the listed sports.
