Club Accreditation
Information and advice to help your sports club become accredited and the benefots of Club accreditation to clubs across the Humber
Being an accredited sports club is an excellent achievement. It demonstrates your clubs positive attributes to parents, showing that your club operates safely using qualified coaches who are CRB checked, and demonstrates to funding organisations that your governance and other operational aspects are in place.
The previous sections of the Club Development Toolkit will have provided you with information around what is needed for your club - see Club Essentials. If you have these in place, your club will be in a good position to apply to become accredited either through your Local Authority, or through your National Governing Body through Clubmark.
Even if your NGB is not able to accredit you through Clubmark, the Humber Sports Partnership may be able to accredit you through the County Sports Partnership Clubmark Licensing Agreement.
