- A bottom-up, top-down planning mechanism with
- Investment targeted where it is most needed
- Resources that are placed where they can makethe most effective difference to the end user
- Joined up and integrated delivery
The Delivery System has 2 aims:-
- To increase the number of people taking part in sport and recreation,especially amongst the hard to reach
- To build clear pathways for people with sporting talent to achieve their full potential
